What is Go2Invoice?
Go2Invoice is cloud software for GST billing, invoicing and accounting. You can create quotes and GST invoices, collect payments online, record bills and expenses, track inventory and bank accounts, and get financial and GST reports, from any browser.
How do I sign up?
Click "Start free trial", enter your email and the one-time code we send you (or continue with Google), then add your business details. Your 5-day Professional trial starts right away.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Go2Invoice runs in your web browser on computers, tablets and phones.
Why is there no password?
For security and convenience you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your Google account. There is no password that could be guessed, reused or leaked.
GST & invoicing
Does Go2Invoice support GST?
Yes. CGST + SGST or IGST is applied automatically based on your state and the place of supply, with GSTINs and HSN/SAC codes on invoices, and GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B reports.
Can I customise my invoice design?
Yes. Choose from Standard, Modern, Minimal and GST Tax Invoice layouts and customise colours, fonts, titles, fields, bank details, signature and footer. You can set a default template per document type.
Can I send invoices from my own email address?
Yes. Connect your own mail server (for example Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho Mail) and invoices and reminders are sent from your business address.
Can I bill in foreign currencies?
Yes, on the Standard and Professional plans you can invoice in other currencies with an exchange rate, and reports stay in your base currency.
Payments & billing
How do my customers pay online?
On the Professional plan you connect your own Razorpay account. Each invoice then has a secure payment link, and payments go directly to your Razorpay account and are recorded automatically in Go2Invoice.
How do I pay for my Go2Invoice subscription?
Through Razorpay using UPI, cards, netbanking and other supported methods, monthly or yearly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Subscription page in your dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed after that.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you do not subscribe, your organization moves to the Free plan. Your data stays safe, and you can upgrade at any time to unlock paid features again.
Security & data
Where is my data stored and is it secure?
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Sensitive credentials such as payment gateway keys and mail passwords are encrypted, and each organization's data is isolated.
Who can see my business data?
Only users you invite to your organization, with the role you assign. Our team accesses account data only when needed to provide support or as required by law.
Can I connect Go2Invoice to other software?
Yes. Admins can create API keys under Settings > API to connect websites, online stores, ERPs or CRMs using the REST API.
