1. Digital service, no physical shipping
Go2Invoice is a software-as-a-service product provided by NXTKRAFT SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and accessed through a web browser at dashboard.go2invoice.in. We do not sell or ship physical products, so no shipping charges apply and no physical delivery takes place.
2. How the service is delivered
- Account and free trial: available immediately after you sign up and verify your email address.
- Paid subscriptions: activated immediately after your payment is successfully confirmed by Razorpay, usually within a few minutes. The plan is shown on the Subscription page of your dashboard.
- Confirmation: you can see your payment and plan details in the dashboard; payment confirmations are also sent by Razorpay to the email address used for payment.
3. Service area
The Service is available online to businesses in India and elsewhere, subject to our Terms and Conditions. Subscription payments are accepted in Indian Rupees through Razorpay.
4. If your plan is not activated
If your payment was successful but your paid plan is not active within 24 hours, email [email protected] with your organization name and the Razorpay payment ID. We will activate your plan or, if we cannot, refund the payment in line with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
